Abiodun Doherty is a highly experienced legal professional with close to three decades of experience in the areas of Business/Commercial law, Real Estate, Not-for-Profit, Arbitration and Intellectual Property law. He has served clients in Nigeria and internationally, providing them with the expertise and guidance they need to properly set up their companies in Nigeria and ensure compliance with the regulations and laws governing companies. He holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, with specialization in Company Law, Commercial and Real Estate Law, in addition to various local and international trainings. As an arbitrator, Abiodun has been involved as counsel and arbitrator in various disputes, resulting in win-win solutions in many complex cases. He also actively participates as a Real Estate investor and consults for high net worth individuals and companies on Real Estate and Commercial law. His extensive knowledge and experience make him well-equipped to help companies navigate the complex legal landscape in Nigeria and ensure they are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
