OBISIKE CHIKA OLIVE

Obisike Chika Olive is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, Real Estate/Property and Corporate/Commercial practice groups. She regularly represents clients before Nigerian Courts on issues relating to land, real properties, contracts, fundamental human rights among other areas. She was the team-lead of lawyers in the Firm that successfully secured a consent judgment against a Property Developer that breached some fundamental terms of a Lease Agreement between our clients and the Property Developer. She is at present, the team-lead of lawyers in the firm that is in Court against the Lagos State Government and its agencies for the wrongful demolition of our client’s property on the ever-busy Lagos Island. Olive has closed several huge sale and purchase of property briefs in the firm. In Corporate/Commercial practice, Olive has registered several Private Limited Liability Companies, as well as numerous Incorporated Trustees. She has had consultations with several companies as a company secretary and she is presently in the course of getting chartered as a Corporate Secretary and Administrators. Olive has represented the firm in Ghana in respect of property and commercial deal.
