QUEEN TOYIN JOLADE

Queen Toyin Jolade is an associate and property manager in the firm’s real estate, corporate and commercial practice group. She has been actively involved in various Real Estate and property Management Transactions. She ensures due diligence are carried out on properties through physical inspection, conducting search at the land Registry and corporate Affairs Commission, Negotiation of sales, communicating with the necessary regulatory bodies and general management of the properties Queen is also vast in the area of Company secretarial and corporate Governance. She has been able to demonstrate competence in company law and administration by providing corporate services to different aspect of business such as property management, Education, Hospitality. She assists with the incorporation of new businesses, post incorporation filings of new and existing businesses, conducting corporate due diligence, acquisition of necessary permits and providing legal advice to business organization to ensure compliance.
